Basic

The Basic subscription is an excellent subscription if you do not immediately need inspection visits to your property and only want to be assured of key management and, if you wish, a key holder on site. This way you can always call on us if matters need to be arranged in or around your property.

Gold

The Gold subscription is suitable if, in addition to the elements from the Basic subscription, you need a monthly inspection so that any problems can be identified (early) to prevent further damage or problems. Every month we visit your property and inspect inside and outside whether everything still works, such as electricity, water, toilets and, for example, swimming pool pumps or alarm and camera systems. A report will be sent to you of each visit, including photos and videos if relevant.

Diamond

As an extension of the Gold subscription, this package gives you even more control over your object. We visit your property twice a month and inspect inside and out whether everything is still functioning properly, such as electricity, water, toilets and, for example, swimming pool pumps or alarm and camera systems. Naturally, we will create a tailor-made checklist for your object, so that what you find important is checked. With this package you also have the additional option of planning a separate check-up visit 4 times a year.
